These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Global Trade and its partner company, Global Exchange, including websites, trading platforms, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and keep it updated.
We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion and may require additional documentation to verify your identity and comply with KYC/AML regulations.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your account.
Trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) carries significant risk and may lead to the loss of your invested capital. CFDs are complex financial instruments and may not be suitable for all investors. All content, software, logos, trademarks, and data on our platforms are owned or licensed by Global Trade and Global Exchange. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services ends immediately.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Global Trade, Global Exchange, and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Trade, Global Exchange, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Neither Global Trade nor Global Exchange shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or system failures.
